MEET THE STAFF

Dr. William Chen
 
Dr. Chen began pursuing his studies in computer engineering at the University of California, San Diego. He then entered the UCLA school of Dentistry, where he received both his DDS degree, and Hospital Dentistry certificate.  After pursuing general dentistry for a few years, he decided to follow his passion and was accepted to USC Endodontic Residency Program in 2002. Since graduating in 2004, he has had multiple teaching positions at both UCLA, and USC. In 2005, Dr. Chen joined the practice with Dr. Daws. In addition, he currently maintains a private practice in Fullerton California with Dr. Lythgoe.

Dr. Chen is an active member of the America Dental Association, California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, American Association of Endodontics, and Southern California Academy of Endodontics.

Susana

Susana Morales is our office Manager.  She is fluent in Spanish. She has also been an RDA in endodontics for many years where she has worked in many different capacities.  She has been with our office for over 13 years now and has enjoyed the growth of the endodontic field during those years. She has worked as a chair side assistant with Dr. Daws and understands the many different facets of endodontic therapy.

She is well informed and up to date with insurance billing and can answer any of your questions.

Irene

She has been working with Dr. Daws for over 14 years.  She enjoys working in all capacities in the office from making appointments and assisting with insurance for our patients to assisting chair side in all of our procedures for our patients. She speaks fluent Hebrew, Russian, Romanaian as well as English.

Patti

Patti is very friendly and outgoing. She has worked in the field of endodontics for 25 years in the city of Glendale.  For the last 13 years she has worked closely with Dr. Daws as a back office RDA.  She continues to enjoy the changes in technology that benefits her patients and the practice of endodontics.

Martha

Martha has worked with Dr Daws as a chair side assistant for the last five years and enjoys working alongside the rest of his professional staff who easily share their many years of experience and knowledge.  She speaks Spanish and can easily translate, if there is a need. Together as part of the team, she enjoys the care given to her patients to provide the best possible experience.

Mary

Mary earned Dental Assistant Certication in 1991 at East Los Angeles College and has worked in the field of Endodontics since 1992. She is a professional dedicated to her profession and working with patients.

Teresa Cruz

Teresa Cruz graduated from American Career College in North Los Angeles. She has found endodontics to be interesting and challenging. She enjoys working with many fascinating new technologies and she enjoys being a part of it. She enjoys working with a caring and supportive staff  that shares the same enthusiasm.
